David Criss:

1576979_1David graduated Cum Laude from SMU and accepted his first legal position with the 100 year old firm of Burford and Ryburn. David’s early career was comprised of a mix of litigation, representation of medical professionals and business representation, which remains true today.

During his legal career, David has obtained numerous successful settlements and jury verdicts for his clients. Additionally, he has successfully lobbied the legislature on behalf of his clients, and assisted many businesses with complex legal matters. David is also regularly invited to present legal information to gatherings of legal and medical professionals and has published numerous articles on a variety of legal issues. David is a member in the Texas Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers.

David and his wife, Ronda will celebrate 27 years of marriage this year and could not be more proud of their two daughters. David is involved with Trinity River Mission, which provides mentoring to students in West Dallas. David is also involved in his church and organizations at his children’s school. When not working or volunteering, David can often be found fishing, golfing, or spending time with his family

Heather Kraft:         

2710012_1Since receiving her law license in May 2000, Heather has practiced law in both Dallas and Ellis counties. She has practiced in the areas of family law, bankruptcy law, business, banking law, probate law, estate planning, personal injury law and real estate law. Since being an attorney, she has spoken at several CLE seminars around the State of Texas on various legal topics. Heather is a member of the State bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association and the Ellis County Bar Association. She is a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. She is a past member of the Junior League of Dallas and has been a past volunteer for CASA as an advocate for children’s rights. She has participated in numerous successful jury Trials for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Heather is married to Brian Kraft, and together, they have two wonderful daughters, Karoline and Kennedy. Heather is currently involved in numerous activities with her church, her children’s school and her local neighborhood association. When she is not working, Heather enjoys traveling, shopping, running and spending time with her family.

Nicolas Lund:

4819373_1In May of 2013, Nick received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from SMU. Nick practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and healthcare litigation, as well as health law and small-business representation.  Nick is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.

Nick is active in the community and in his church, and is often involved in volunteer and charity events.  Nick is married to Meredyth, who is a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist in the Fort Worth area.  When not working or volunteering, Nick can often be found spending time with his wife and their two dogs.

 

Benjamin Redleaf:

Benjamin graduated and received his law degree with honors from SMU in 2012. During law school, he clerked for Judge Robert Price of the Dallas County Probate Court.

Since receiving his law license in November 2012, Benjamin has served clients from around the North Texas area. Having worked on a variety of issues, Benjamin brings an understanding of the client’s needs to his work. His primary areas of practice include commercial litigation, medical malpractice litigation, and injured worker litigation. Benjamin is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Bar Association of Young Lawyers.

When he is not working, Benjamin enjoys traveling, tennis, running, and spending time with his family.
